Returns

You can return a kettle within our 43-day return window, starting on the day of delivery. Return shipping is free with the label we send you by email.

Conditions

• Kettles must be descaled and dry before they are packed. Kettles that arrive with visible limescale are sent back to you.
• Kettles returned without the original box and insert carry a 6% restocking fee.
• The base, the cord and the descaling guide must be included.

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 7 days of the kettle reaching the warehouse. Exchanges for a different model are shipped as soon as the return is scanned by the carrier.
